Last, but not least. If you have families looking for FREE one-on-one health and wellness coaching! Look no further than Score 1 for Health through Kansas City University! A program for families of all ages. Meet with your Coach at a convenient time and location for 7-8 visits (45 minute sessions)

Free Resources on Early Childhood Nutrition & Physical Activity...books, posters, education!

Click on Child Care tab and it will take you to the FREE resources. It states this is only for CACFP centers, but we were told they don't ask :)

Here are just a few that you can find:

his booklet for CACFP operators includes 12 parent newsletters that may be copied and shared with parents of children ages 3 to 5 years. Newsletters are available in English and Spanish and include information on a variety of nutrition topics, as well as fun activities for children. 

A garden-themed nutrition education kit for child care center staff that introduces children to fruits and vegetables. Item includes one box kit with seven booklets and two CDs.
