Does Your Staff Have MOPD ID's?

The DHSS child care licensing rules require child care staff to document at least 12 clock hours.

Starting January 1, 2015 those training clock hours must be approved in the MOPD System or can be presented by Local Public Health Agencies (that's us!), or the training is received by DHSS, DSS or DESE personnel.

If your staff has NOT obtained their MOPD ID you must:

• Visit www.mopdid.org
• Call OPEN 877.782.0185

If you want to become a trainer for your daycare center you must:

• Submit application for approval
• Publish training on the Missouri Workshop Calendar
• Collect participants' MOPD IDs
• Issue a training certificate to training participants
• Submit participants' MOPD IDs to assign credit
